A not-for-profit foundation that operates in the public interest to encourage a prosperous, sustainable future through education and experience in engineering, science, technology and innovation.

The foundation believes that technological advances should be driven by the needs of humanity and that an inspired knowledge of science, engineering and technology can positively influence quality of life, career options for young people, and the prospects of future generations.

Because life’s inspirations begin in childhood, the foundation will support children in their discovery, appreciation and enjoyment of science and technology by providing resources, experiences and learning opportunities.

Community radio
• Conveys information and entertainment in real time to residents and visitors.
• A place to engage in civil civic discourse.
• Communicates local/regional news, plays music and other entertainment of local
interest, and provides a local perspective and dialog on national and global issues.
• Educate/inform, entertain/enlighten, broadcast/promote local events
• Public meetings, hearings, and forums of critical concern.
• Immediate emergency and health communication, community alerts,
dissemination of breaking news.
• Music, live performances, poetry, radio theatre, humor, participatory and
interactive performance arts, etc.
• It’s free.
• It’s a place to get hands-on learning experience in digital arts, engineering,
technology, communications, production skills, journalism, audio, webcasting, etc.
• It’s “non-commercial.”
